A Family Tradition & First-Rate Truckload Carrier

GetGo Transportation Company LLC was incorporated in November of 2000 and officially in business on January 8th, 2001. Owner Anthony Tomase’s goal was to provide premium truckload services throughout the Toledo area and Northwest Ohio. Starting with one truck, he soon added two additional trucks and trailers, looking to grow a family operation into a thriving truckload carrier.

From January to October in 2001, GetGo sub-leased a warehouse in Perrysburg, Ohio, then moving to its present location in Millbury, Ohio. The company has continued to grow and prosper and presently operates close to 50 power units and over 100 trailers.

It is our goal to provide the shipping public with responsive transportation and logistical services at competitive prices while maintaining the highest standars in safety and communication and to be known as a company that “says what it does and does what it says”.

On the Go

GetGo continues to pursue its original business plan, providing premium truckload services and communication to customers and clients based in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, as well as throughout the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast.

We employ a seasoned group of professional drivers and management personnel, specializing in hazmat, freezable protection and multiple stop shipments. Our plan for the future is to continue our growth through client expansion, diversification and acquisitions.
