The successful candidate will possess very recent or current experience in managing a Federal or DoD infrastructure subject to service level agreement compliance.  The PM must have extensive, proven experience in customer-focused organizations, providing strategic leadership, detailed-oriented management, and exceptional problem-solving skills in the IT Services Industry.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide on-site leadership and management for all personnel performing in service desk operations, network management, server management, storage management, and FLETC-unique systems management. On-site and (as applicable) off-site FLETC Enterprise IT service operations, maintenance and support of network users, including all communications equipment on various platforms in large scale or multi-shift operations. Supervise technical and administrative management of FLETC Enterprise IT Infrastructure and remote IT Service Desk operations. Achieve and exceed service level agreements for service desk response/resolution and server/network uptime.   QUALIFICATIONS: PMP or equivalent certification preferred. ITIL Foundation strongly preferred, higher level certification strongly desired.
