About the Role
We seek applicants with experience in heavy duty diesel truck repairs including pm services, diagnostics, wiring, electrical and air systems, air conditioning, air and hydraulic brakes, clutches, transmissions, exchanges, and Federal DOT Inspections.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Full-Time).
Responsibilities/Duties
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance for heavy duty trucks and trailers including all major vehicle systems: engine, drive-train, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, hydraulic, air systems and computer diagnosis.
Qualifications
Experience as a mechanic or technician.
Must have own tools.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to maneuver in/out and around/under trucks.
Proficient in troubleshooting and computer diagnosis.
Ability to diagnose, repair and work on all facets of heavy duty trucks.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
High School Diploma (GED equivalent).
ASE certified and CDL preferred, but will train the right person.
Compensation
