We are a small family friendly trucking firm that is looking for a Class A, OTR CDL driver with at least 3 years’ experience. He/She needs to have flatbed experience. They will be responsible for loading and unloading machines to a dock or with ramps, strapping loads down and tarping when required.

A typical week will be leaving either Sunday or Monday and returning Thursday or Friday. Generally it is a 5 day work week but they will always been home Friday night . We would prefer that the driver live fairly close to our home base of Flora IL but will consider drivers within a 100 mile radius.

The truck is a 2016 Freightliner glider kit. This truck is exempt from the e-log mandate.

Pay is competitive and is paid by the mile regardless of being loaded or unloaded. That is all miles driven – loaded and unloaded. We have paid holidays, a health insurance allowance with proof of coverage and 401K benefits.

We are currently offering a $5000 sign on bonus.
