Ernie's Carpet Care, a family-owned business since 1975 is looking to hire a carpet cleaning technician. The position is part-time to start (20-30 hours/week) with potential to become full time. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with some Saturday work. Carpet and upholstery cleaning duties include vacuuming, setup/breakdown, and operating truck mounted cleaning equipment. Area rug cleaning duties include rolling, lifting, setup/breakdown, and operating cleaning equipment, plus pickup and delivery. No prior experience needed; will train. 

Must be at least 19 years old. Clean driving record and able to drive a utility van. Must have customer service skills and be courteous and respectful of customers and coworkers. Verbal and written communication skills needed; able to read, speak, and write in English. Basic math skills are required to determine square footage and calculate charges. Energetic, physically strong with the ability to lift 50 pounds. Punctual and able to manage time well. Neat, clean appearance. Non-smoker. Clean background check. Authorized for employment in the U.S. Proof of U.S. citizenship or immigration status required. References required. 

$16/hour to start.
