JCJ National Security Firm Inc. was established in 2001 by Morrise A. Luckey, II. in response to the need for an upscale security alternative in the Denver-metro area. Over the last ten years, JCJ National Security Firm Inc.  Has contracted and delivered superior security solutions to corporate clients, special events, schools, government facilities and a host of other clients. 

Community involvement, cultural diversity and sensitivity to various populations and           demographics is important to us. JCJ currently has a stringent set of hiring guidelines in place.   All prospective JCJ officers must have at least one of the following qualifications:

• VETERANS with prior honorable military service
• A trained Police Deputy, Law Enforcement Officer or Military Police Patrol (or graduate of a certified state, county, or local law enforcement training program)
• At least one year of Armed or Unarmed Security Officer Experience in good standing with last employer
• A degree in Criminal Justice or other appropriate area of study

All full-time employees hold a Denver Merchant Guard License in accordance with the municipality’s ordinances and regulations and complete a minimum of 20 hours of training prior to post/detail assignment.  Our successful methods of qualifying, orienting and training personnel are confirmed through by our 95% customer retention rate
