Recruiting is a combination of human resources, sales and marketing qualities all rolled up into one. I'm in search of a Field Recruiter (we are calling it a Regional Recruiting Business Partner) who knows this and appreciates all that the job entails. The opportunity will allow the Recruiter to fill field openings for SRS utilizing recruiting tools, social media and the most prized tool of any good Recruiter...the phone.
Achievements and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Source exceptional candidates for all branch positions, screen, present, schedule and negotiate to attract and attain the very best candidates for each role.
Communicate with Sr. VPs, Area VPs, District and Branch Managers, while reporting into the Director, Talent Acquisition on activity and strategies.
Recruiting activities to include but not limited to; networking, marketing, interviewing, writing, reporting, and being a liaison to driving schools, technical colleges, high schools and more.
Coordinate and attend job fairs, trade shows and other viable recruiting events.
Liaison with hiring managers and HR to complete background, drug tests and on-boarding.
Travel expectations: approximately 5-20%
Work out of corporate in McKinney, TX with visits to the other branches across the assigned territory.

Top priority will be given to a current Recruiter with the following abilities, skill set and characteristics:
Strategic and creative searching, sourcing and networking experience to build relationships and find talent before they even have a chance to find us.
Clear successes and measurable achievements in the 3-5 years you have been a Recruiter. Experience can be either at a company or agency.
ATS: Documenting, reporting and maintaining the applicant flow in Workday or similar robust applicant tracking system. A super-user would be the best, but I'll take a technically-savvy person who can pick up this system quickly and has a passion to be a super-user.
Outstanding writing skills to develop job descriptions, ads, social media posts, emails, formal letters, reports in Excel, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
A true passion for matching a candidate with a job and doing it with everyone's best interest in mind.
Ability to travel by air across the US and locally by car.
Other items include excellent verbal communication skills, teamwork mentality, positive attitude, believes prevention beats reactive any day of the week, problem-solver and self-motivated.
