Job Scope The Director of Treasury and Accounts Receivable leads and develops a team to ensure that all cash related activities are effective and in compliance with organizational goals and policies. The Director is responsible for the management and oversight of the company's treasury activities including corporate cash management, disbursement systems, network settlements, debt covenant monitoring, compliance reviews, fraud investigations, forecasting, bank relations, and communicating with the VP & Controller and CFO to present current state, risk identification, investment policy, and investment opportunities. The Director also oversees commercial credit management and related collection functions. This role is also actively involved in the monitoring and reporting of cash collections and metrics including analysis of current performance, insight into risk and action plans to meet overall company objectives. Day-to-Day Lead the Treasury and A/R departments and teams with an emphasis on continuous development, and fostering a culture of constant improvement and progress. Identify and implement best practices to improve overall forecasting and reporting. Develop cash management strategic planning, incorporating best practices, Improve automation of key processes such as cash reporting and forecasting. Develop, monitor, and report treasury, cash management, collections, and billing metrics. Assist in the management of activities relating to cash flow, debt, and capital allocation Develop and maintain financial models to project forward looking cash flows and balance sheets to monitor liquidity needs for the company Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
