We are actively recruiting an experienced reliable and trustworthy full-time handyman - operations manager to handle multiple residential and commercial handyman and home service customers. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as general handyman work, some carpentry as well as basic troubleshooting, we are looking for multi-tasker problem solver type people. Must be able to work independently and responsibly. This is a leadership position you will need to be able to provide additional training of new personnel and additional supervision responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for quality building repairs associated with plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, drywall, small concrete, electrical etc.
• Responsible for servicing grounds and building maintenance contracts.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, within the time allotted.
• Comfortable with customer interactions and sales.
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Must be able to estimate your own work
• Must be able to work independent with minimum supervisionQualifications and Skills
• Must have previous ground up construction experience
• Must have Valid driver's license maintained throughout the course of employment
• Must be able to train personnel and schedule jobs
• Must be able to estimate jobs
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and lift over 50 lbs.
• Must not have a fear of heights or hard work
