Who Are We? Admit One Products is an established web-based company that offers a complete solution for all event needs: paper tickets, e-tickets, support in processing ticket sales and, marketing and admission products. Who Do We Need? We are looking for an experienced inside sales and call-center customer service representative: an engaging individual who is an active listener and can tailor solutions specific to the customers' needs; someone who can effortlessly blend the passion to be of service and drive to generate sales. The candidate must have impeccable follow-through and be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. What Are the Details? Position type: Full-time, non-exempt Hours: offices are open between 7 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday; occasional after-hours and weekends Salary: starting at 16/hr. commensurate with experience and skill set (negotiable) Benefits: medical, vision, dental, 401K What Will I Do? Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers’ needs Craft appropriate solutions and alternatives to the customers' needs Generate sales with warm and cold calls to customers Handle complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents How to Apply?
