Immediate Opening Call Center Customer Representative

Full-time

SG Contact Center is currently seeking immediate Full time Inbound Customer Service Call Center Representatives to work in the Sunrise area with potential career advancement

Shifts available between 8am-10pm Sunday through Saturday.

Earn between $11-$15 an hour.

Please consider the following before applying:

Excellent customer service skills. solid work history, good references, good attendance history a must. Ability to work on weekends. *occasionally overtime**

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve customer product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Education required for this position: You must have graduated from high school or received a GED Screening required for this position: drug test, background investigation; and call center testing.
