SysCom has successfully bid and won three HUBZone set-aside contracts providing Administrative Support, Warehouse Support, and Information Technology (IT) Support to various government agencies to include the Department of Energy, United States Air Force, and United States Navy. In each of the awards, SysCom was required to hire incumbent employees and completed this at 100% retention. Our newest client, the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), recently notified SysCom it was very pleased with both SysCom’s ability to retain all of the current incumbent staff and complete the transition to the new contract in just under two weeks. SysCom was also required to recruit new hires which was completed within 7 working days.
