Westmoreland County Blind Association is a non-profit agency that provides support to the visually impaired in the community. WCBA's mission is to improve the quality of life for sight impaired and intellectually challenged individuals as well as to assist in prevention of blindness.
Individuals with developmental disabilities are employed for the agency's document destruction, a manufacturing department employs visually impaired workers to fulfill government contracts and vision checks are conducted for the community through low vision services and prevention of blindness screenings.
