​Our team members are paid a competitive hourly wage, and are eligible for benefits the first day of the month following date of hire.  You will have immediate vesting in our 401(k) plan with company match and eligible for our annual bonus program.  As a beneficiary owner of the company, you will participate in our employee stock ownership plan!
