FIELD SERVICE TECHS NEEDED (LaPorte Location)
Compensation: $18.50-$23.00 DOE Employment Type: Full-Time

Hose Tech USA is a rapidly growing company with multiple locations looking for qualified and ambitious individuals to join our staff.
Job Responsibilities of a Field Service Tech:
• Perform in-field machinery diagnostics and repairs of hydraulic components as required.
• Serve as an in-field representative, identify and communicate solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
• Document machine information and repairs completed on work order, including parts and fluids used.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job, including notes on customer equipment, and turning in to administrative group for invoicing.
• Maintain a clean service van, inventory as well as care for all tools, machines, and equipment.
• Serve in an On-Call 24/7 rotation.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have basic knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Have good mechanical aptitude.
• Good written/verbal communication, customer care skills and exhibit strong teamwork.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and pass pre-employment drug testing.
