The Vintage on the Ponds is a 70 bed  family owned and operated CBRF, Community Based Residential Facility, located on 116-acres of woodland in Delavan Wisconsin. The facility first opened in 1993 as a five bed assisted living and has grown over the last 25 years to include 70 bed and three generations of family working together to provide quality health care to the elderly while in an atmosphere that feels like home.
