Program Overview:
Elevate Energy Partners is now a corporate sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). Our goal is to raise over $1,000,000 for this amazing organization.
Who We Are Looking For:
Elevate Energy Partners is looking to hire a team of 10 veterans that have a desire to position themselves with in the fastest growing company in the fastest growing industry in the nation. You will start off as a Field Outreach Specialist for your first 60 days. During this 60 day period you will learn how to properly market and generate leads for the program. All successful reps after the 60 day period will be considered for a leadership position within the Program or a Program Specialist Position.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Field Outreach Specialist you will be responsible to canvass an assigned territory within a community with your team. Your mission will be to identify Homeowners that have higher than avg. electric bills and pre-qualify them for programs that are already approved in their area. Once you have successfully enrolled these Homeowners on wanting to receive additional information about these amazing energy and cost savings programs you will be responsible to book and appointment to have an Program Specialist visit their home.
Important Points:

• All programs require ZERO out of pocket expense
• All programs save homeowners money on services they already purchase
• All programs assist veterans and homeowners

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be able to stand/walk for 5-6 hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have cell phone with internet access
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have strong work ethic and integrity

Benefits
All Field Outreach Specialist will remain in this program for a minimum 60 day period. After the 60 day period ALL successful Field Outreach Specialist may be considered for Leadership or Managment positions within the Program. Depending on the amount of success per individual you may be considered for a Program Specialist Position. The average Program Specialist annual compensation exceeds $100,000+.
