Warehouse Worker Part –Time

Air Control Products, an Independent Manufacturer’s Representative Company, founded in 1975, who provides quality products and services to the HVAC, Industrial and Architectural marketplace, located at 1201 Essex Avenue, Columbus, OH, is looking for a part time warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and entering orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisor and coworkers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements
• Working experience as a warehouse worker preferred but more importantly desire to learn always welcome
• Computer proficiency
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
• High School degree/GED
Part time schedule 20-29/hours/week
Hourly compensation $10-$14/hr.
