Proxy Home Watch
Proxy’s primary business is home watch.  It all started in 2006 and grew quickly as word-of-mouth referrals spread.  Currently Proxy has ongoing responsibility for over $68 million worth of Western Carolina second and vacation homes.  The guiding mission of Proxy is to do everything possible to keep expensive things from happening.  Of course, not every problem can be avoided or even anticipated, but the goal is to plan for the ones that can be, and to quickly catch the unexpected so that the result is a temporary inconvenience rather than a major disaster.
