Translates consumer needs and drivers of liking into critical to quality product attribute delivery including flavor, texture, appearance that delight consumers. Defines and delivers product requirements to meet claims, builds understanding of formulation drivers of key attributes, develops robust specifications for both ingredients and finished product, defines shelf life and packaging requirements 3. Builds deep knowledge in the areas of texturizing ingredients including chemical and physical properties of polymers, hydrocolloids, crystallization with understanding of formulation interactions that impact product textural attributes and flavor delivery. Builds and applies understanding of analytical tools to measure critical to quality attributes and builds robust specifications. Navigates regulatory environment globally to scale products across regions. 4. Leads creative problem-solution, creation of technology for new business opportunities, delivery of technically complex projects. Advances science and technology and insulates via IP to build and secure competitive advantage. Manages cost as required to deliver margin targets. 5.
