Five Star Painting of Central Virginia is a franchise painting company, with a core group of five employees, and two subcontractors.  Our subs have between 4 to 6 painters on their crews.  We perform both residential painting and commercial projects.

We do have access to some excellent resources through our franchise agreement with Five Star Painting, including a call center: online estimating software; correspondence and appointment tracking system; national paint pricing through Sherwin Williams, McCormick and Benjamin Moore; search engine optimization and website development through Scorpion, Inc; as well as the potential for joint marketing relationships with other Five Star franchisees in the area.

There is a significant amount of direct customer contact associated with this position, as we provide custom painting services.  It's a very competitive business, and we are looking to diversify the services we offer.

We have an exclusive territory agreement with Five Star that extends north to Round Hill, VA and Middleburg, through Haymarket and Gainesville and west to the Stafford and Fredericksburg area.  It's a big territory that reaches all the way to Charlottesville.

We have a full-time Operations Manager located in Stafford, VA, however we have been generating more work than one person can handle.  The point is that there is someone to work with and learn from.  The plan would be to direct our Account Managers to work with you, so that they would handle much of the office-related assignments while the Handyman/Painter would handle the Field Service components.
