Wellhead is a developer, owner and operator of small scale power generation projects.
Since 1982, Wellhead has been involved in the development, completion
and/or operation of twenty (20) gas fired generation facilities (including four (4)
combined heat and power (CHP)), one (1) landfill gas generation facility, and over
one(1) GW of solar PV in California. Wellhead and its affiliates currently own and
operate ten projects totaling 425 MW.
