About OACCI:  OACCI was founded in 1999 (by me a USAF veteran 63-67) upon retiring from the US Army Corps of Engineers.  OACCI is a cost consulting firm providing cost engineering/estimating services to Architect-Engineer firms while projects are in the programming, budgeting and design phases of project development.  A-E firms are required to provide cost estimates during several phases of the design process to assure their clients that projects are within budget.  We have several A-E firm clients (most clients located in the Tidewater area, major military construction area), and have always had a healthy workload.  We provide services on Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force (any military project (renovation or new construction), and local Government projects (schools, libraries, and other projects).  We provide estimating services on projects varying for a few hundred thousand $$$s to $100 million and more.
