J Dog Route Team Member Anne Arundel County:

Our brand new franchise is looking for teammates to start on the ground floor. Our drivers make at least $15 per hour. There are per additional perks as well.

The ideal candidate...

• Has a clean driving record, valid drivers license and can obtain a DOT medical card - Safety is always 1st!
• Has military experience - No military experience will not disqualify you but we are seeking those that are military minded. Integrity. Professional. Grit. Teamwork. Vigilance. Dependable. Just a few characteristics that come to mind.
• Has a strong work ethic - and a strong back. Make no bones about it, we work out for a living. Heavy lifting is part of the job. MUST be able to pass a DOT physical and lift at least 75lbs and can work in hot summer and cold winter weather.
• Exceptional problem solving skills - Same day jobs, traffic, juggling customer demands and making multiple loads fit into one trailer are just a few.
• Wants to move up / Entrepreneurial - Ideally we want to grow to serve the entire MD, DC and VA market. We will need to develop team leaders, operations managers and office staff to do so.
• Is not afraid to get his or her hands dirty! We take everything but hazardous waste. We show up, estimate the job, load the truck, leave the site broom clean and dispose of everything the most economical and environmentally way possible.
• Provides exceptional customer service. Our people will separate us from the rest and that's true anywhere you decide to do business. Customer service and/or sales experience is a huge plus!
