Position Description This is a regular full-time, hourly position, with benefits available after sixty days and a generous employee discount on a weekly organic produce delivery. The primary responsibility of this position is to drop-off produce boxes (approx. 25 lbs each), to our customers’ homes who subscribe to our weekly produce box program and complete route paperwork. Routes are in the Greater Seattle, WA or Greater San Francisco, CA. We are looking for responsible, trustworthy and customer-oriented delivery drivers. Schedule will be Monday to Thursday 7pm- 5am Actual daily work hours per shift may vary slightly, based on actual daily route. Minimum Qualifications/Essential Duties Applicants must have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar delivery driving positions, preferably with 14-16' box trucks or similar. (No Commercial Drivers License required) Good knowledge of the delivery area is required. Applicants must have ability to easily lift 25 lb. boxes and hand load delivery truck. Ability to read and write in English to complete route paperwork and understanding of quality customer service expectations is required. Forklift experience is desirable; however, we are willing to train. All finalists will be required to submit a Washington or California driving abstract, and can have no more than one (non-serious) moving violation or accident in the last three years. All new hires will be asked to complete a criminal background check.
