As a Field Team Member, you will have a partner and together provide a military style customer service experience in the handling of each customer's possessions. This position provides a unique opportunity for those looking to combine general labor with their customer service talents, while being part of a military style brotherhood.

Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings, Haul customer items from point A to point B, and remove unwanted items from residential & commercial locations for disposal.

Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.

Provide an accurate cost estimate to complete job upon arrival to customer’s location. 

Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customer

Assist driver with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.

Share responsibility with the driver in accurately completing paperwork and payment collection.

Keep truck, trailer, and moving equipment clean and in good working order. 

Job Requirements

A Veteran or reservist of any branch of the United States Military is helpful, but not a requirement.

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and an appreciation for variety in your job!

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

Professional attitude and demeanor

Experience pulling, backing up, and parking larger trailers.

Experience in the fields of general labor, moving, hauling, & junk removal helpful.

Experience operating a small skid steer for junk removal services.

Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time)

Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no accidents or violations in the last 3 years)

Clean record. (no felonies).

Pass a background check & Drug Screening.

Compensation
Weekly Pay Checks

Hourly Pay up to $16/hour pending experience.   Future opportunities for salary positions once becoming a location manager.

Great opportunities for tips from customers. Top Field Team Members earn on average $200/week in tips.

Performance based pay incentives.
