Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Job
  • Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status
  • Draft the necessary documents, letter or statements, as required by the customer
  • Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
  • Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
  • Maintain a follow up on the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensure they are satisfied with your answer.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving web portal, software and hardware of camera system
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
  • Handle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, so as to provide support to the other organizational functions.
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
