Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Job
Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status
Draft the necessary documents, letter or statements, as required by the customer
Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
Maintain a follow up on the customer, whose query you had solved,. Ensure they are satisfied with your answer.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving web portal, software and hardware of camera system
Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Handle the day-to-day inventory responsibilities, so as to provide support to the other organizational functions.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
