starting pay is at $12-13 dollars per hour position is to assist a crew leader on the jobs. as crew leader positions will open up we pay our crew leaders very generously as they  average $20 - 25 per hour based on perforemance. also customers are very generous with tips. we are currently looking for a full time team member. in addition we are offering $500 dollar bounus anyone who joins our team. you receive $150 after 90days and remaining at 6months

we supply all the equipements, shirts and don't need to have the experince as we provide extensive paid training.
