Leasing Agent
 
We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Leasing Agent. This position is responsible for showing and leasing rental units to prospective tenants. Specific duties include but are not limited to placing online and print advertisements as directed by supervisor, interviewing prospective tenants and recording required information, maintaining occupancy goals and closing ratios, verifying application documentation and preparing lease agreements. This position reports to leasing manager, property manager or assistant manager.
 
Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, some college is preferred
• One to two years directly related experience and/or training
• One year of direct sales and marketing experience
• Active Hawaii Real Estate License preferred, but willing to accommodate the right candidate who is willing to become licensed
• Yardi experience a huge plus

 This position will be required to work some weekends.
Full-time 40+ hours a week. Full benefits.
