Part-time Transfer Representative
LTD Financial Services, L.P. has immediate openings for part-time representatives to assist in our Southwest Houston call center.
This is not a sales or marketing position. The representative uses a computer keyboard and mouse to make a call to a customer and verify we have the correct person on the phone then transfer the call to a waiting agent. Representatives are expected to make approximately 80 calls per hour and properly document the result of the call.
Pays $8.00 per hour
Qualifications- Good speaking voice; comfortable using keyboard and mouse, able to work at desk for two-hour intervals, reliable, and looking for a long-term position working 20 – 30 hours per week.
This is not a temporary position, we are interested in speaking with people who are not looking for full-time positions and desire a part-time, flexible schedule. College students, sty-at-home parents, and retirees are encouraged to apply.
