Job Summary: The maintenance supervisor will have daily interaction with our valued residents. Customer service in this area is a must.
Job description:
* Repairs to plumbing,electrical,sheetrock,painting,make readies, A/C units, heating units, appliances.
* Ability to lift sometimes over 100 lbs
* Ability to complete work order in a timely manner
* Ability to complete make readies in a timely manner
* Ability to follow a set schedule to be determined
* Ability to be well organized
* Ability to provide updated supplies list as needed
* Ability to be prompt and on time to work on a daily basis
* Ability to be on call
* Ability to climb ladders
* Ability to maintain pool chemicals
* Ability to bring your own tools
Compensation will be based on experience in this field.
