For nearly a decade Collective Management has provided both Individual and Institutional ‘Strategy’ Consulting Services centered on the Financial and Real Estate Investing (REI).  Our predominate focus is on turn-key business development solutions within the Real Estate Investment space.  In 2016, in order to expand our network of RE Investors, we aligned ourselves with one of the fastest growing – 249% over last 3 years – National Real Estate Investing Consortiums in the Country.  

As a group we focus on Wholesaling, Fix & Flipping/Rehab, Buy & Hold, and Pure Investing (Short-Term Transnational & Long-Term Passive Income).
