Our main ministry focus is our homeless shelter for women and their children.  Over the years we have grown in the area of community outreach of food and clothing but also know that PATH in York and Clover Cares in Clover both are doing a great job in that area also.  Since those organizations focus mainly on food and other financial needs, we want them to remain the main resource in that area; therefore, beginning January 2016, Tender Hearts Community Outreach will focus on emergency needs only instead of MONTHLY outreach.  Clients must use this service for EMERGENCIES ONLY.  Visits will be allotted once every 6 months.  The only exception is seniors 55 and older with proper identification can still receive monthly assistance.  True needs that are referred by American Red Cross, York/Clover School District, York Police Department, or Department of Social Services will be required to have referral form and picture ID.
