Guard(s) patrol assigned property/properties checking assets as directed in post orders. 
* Patrol building and grounds, walking regularly, being alert of any 
violations of property rules and regulations.
* Ability to Write detailed reports on android smart phone. 
* Watch and reports irregularities. 
* Report/Document theft, vandalism, trip hazards, broken windows, lights out, security 
related maintenance issues. 
* Reports/Documents observed resident or guest violations including noise and illegally parked 
vehicles.

Education and/or Experience 
Required skill. Minimum high school equivalent education. Minimum age of 18, REQUIRES A PILB Security guard card from the state of Nevada, former police officer, former military or MP. 

Language Skills: Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English, write clear and lengthy detailed reports, ability to clearly communicate with residents and others. 

Must be able to walk for long duration and able to write extensive and detailed reports. 

Additional Requirements:
* Android Smart phone to utilize our security software. 
* Computer knowledge a plus. 
* Must possess a well groomed and professional appearance. 
* Must pass background/drug test. 
* Verifiable employment history. 
* Must be able to stand and walk for long duration's. 
* Current PILB Guard Card.
* Must be able to work any shift.
