The CEO, Bernard "Chief" Collier is a retired Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3) who served in the Army for 21 years with 4 combat tours in Afghanistan.  He has served at Fort Irwin CA, Fort Dix NJ, Korea, Nigeria, Germany, and 14 years a Fort Bragg as a Paratrooper in 82nd Airborne, 18th Airborne Corps Artillery, and 3rd Special Forces Group.  He was very successful in his career, switching over to Warrant Officer after reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant and being a Platoon Sergeant.  He retired in 2007 and served the Fayetteville community as a Realtor, investment advisor, mortgage loan officer, and insurance agent.  He even went back to Afghanistan in 2010 as a civilian contractor.
 
He understands the unique military community and its needs.  He understands how spouses have to start over after a PCS move and the difficulty they have when starting over at a new duty station.  His goal is to help you transition from station to station without a drop in pay and several months of unemployment.  More importantly, the ability to control your career as a military spouse.
