We have been growing organic shiitake mushrooms in Salem and Scio Oregon for 25 years, and are a third generation family operation.  Everything we produce is organic and our volume make us the largest organic grower in the west.  Our customer base is quite varied and we have chosen to market primarily in the western US.  Our mushroom growing facilities include computer controlled environments that automatically manage the temperature and humidity.
