MIFAB / BEECO, a Chicago based manufacturer of plumbing, hvac, custom stainless steel products that services the world has an immediate opening for entry level self-starter. This entry level position will create a nice opportunity for someone to join our high-energy team environment. A high level of organizational skills is required, along with managing multiple projects, integrating with the sales team and helping support the direction of marketing and sales from within the companies Chicago headquarters.
This candidate can expect to hit the ground running and must be willing to help develop the company’s marketing direction and be willing to fit a culture of being humble, hungry, and smart. Many of the task which will be required are listed below.

• Work with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in restructuring the marketing department.
• Be the companies lead on organizing new training and sales agenda.
• Develop Webinars and a way to track the progress of each.
• Manage long and short term projects and setting measurements to monitor their progress.
• Work with the executive team to help reidentify Mifabs brand strategy.
• Work with Vice President of Sales to manage pricing and sales reports.
• Understand on how to use todays digital media and internet to begin driving much broader reach for our company and products.
• Develop product and company videos which can be shared on the internet.
• Website management and improvement.
• Organize PowerPoint and training presentations.
• Manage how increase our reach of our customer base through social media and digital media.
• Manage our print media advertising along with all outside project vendors.
• Manage multiple national shows.
• Position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

• Proficient at WORD, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Internet and Social Media.

 

• College Degree or Associates Degree – job experience and or working and attending college considered – Graphic Design, Art, Computer, Project management, helpful but not required.
