In August 2005, Support Solutions was approved to provide services in Tennessee by the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration, Division of Intellectual Disability Services to provide services under the Medicaid Waiver. Initially Support Solutions provided services in the Memphis, Tennessee area. Within 2 years, Support Solutions expanded to the Jackson, Tennessee area. Expansion across the state of Tennessee continued for the next couple of years and Support Solutions is proud to have office locations in Memphis, Jackson, Nashville, Knoxville, Greeneville and Chattanooga. In February of 2012, Support Solutions was licensed by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities to provide Community Residential Alternative Services and in March of 2012, Support Solutions was licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health to Provided Community Living Supports. Currently Support Solutions is providing services in Region 2 which includes the Augusta area.
