EPS Mission Support Services Division seeks candidates to support a complex financial management solution for Government contracts. Functionality spans program planning, budget execution, accounting/finance operations, and documentation requirements.   Duties and Responsibilities: Provide ongoing program, business, and financial management support to Program Managers and Engineers utilizing various systems including Excel and Deltek Costpoint. Assist Program Managers in developing products to support business accounting and financial tasking including developing and maintaining daily and monthly reports. Analyze, document, and process various procedures utilizing Excel and Deltek Costpoint. Work with Program Managers and Engineers to ensure reporting requirements are accurately defined and documented in compliance with customer policies and procedures. Assist program managers with developing and maintaining project work breakdown structures, planning resources, and costs. Analyze and interpret financial data, and advise program managers of trends and significant problems and deviations. Monitor budget execution to ensure funds are allocated, obligated, and expended properly and timely to support authorized management objectives. Develop and submit recommendations to management for necessary adjustments in response to changes in technical programs, staffing levels, and funding availability. Develop cost estimates for future financial needs.   Education and Experience: Requires Bachelor's degree (Business, Financial, or related field) or equivalent and two to four years of related experience. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires strong attention to detail. Requires experience with Excel and Deltek Costpoint. Requires ability to quickly adapt and become proficient using financial management tools/computer programs. Knowledge of DoD financial management and financial systems is preferred. EPS Corporation is currently seeking a Mechanical Design / CAD Analyst to join our Information Management Solutions group in our Patuxent River, MD office.   Position Description: Utilizing your experience with preparing engineering drawings, assist the customer in the review of Technical Data Packages (TDPs). Experience with ASME Y14.100 series and/or MIL-STD-31000 preferred. Quality Assurance of engineering drawing layouts against these specifications.  Identify required changes to TDPs due to Fleet Support Team (FST) modifications and ECPs.  Provide FST with the latest TDP when needed.  If required, make necessary TDP (Drawing, Spec, QA provisions) changes based on engineering input.   Typical assignments include : Providing assistance with the review and evaluation of Engineering drawings and CATIA models for compliant data markings and consistency between drawings and Data Rights Assertion List (DRAL). Reviewing DRAL submittals for proper data rights assertions. Conducting Top Down Breakdown (TDBD) for each system within top level weapons system for completeness of the data package. Reviewing OEM CDRL submittals for Data Accession List and Drawing Access. Reviewing contractual language for future requirements WRT drawings/models. Supporting Intermediate and Depot maintenance stand-up WRT technical data rights. Analyzing system design and contractual funding to support data rights challenges. Supporting program configuration audit activities.   Skills / Experience: Must have experience in: Preparing layouts that require a high degree of precision and are used by designers to check tolerances and dimensions on newly designed equipment where problems are anticipated or have been discovered in the manufacturing, assembly, installation, or operation of the equipment. Quality Assurance of engineering drawing layouts against specifications. Experience with ASME Y14.100 series and/or MIL-STD-31000 preferred   Education: Requires at least five (5) years of general experience in preparing engineering drawings required to support DOD Weapon Systems Minimum Educational Requirement: BS or BA degree is required. Electrical/Electronic Engineer     Reference Number: MSS-180526-Electrical/Electronic Engineer Location: Panama City Beach, FL   EPS Mission Support Services Division is seeking applicants to fill an Entry/Mid-level Electrical/Electronic Engineering position, located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This position is in support of our Seaport-e Task Order supporting the Technical Engineering Department on mutliple seaport Task Orders. This position may require travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of enginnering activities.  Travel will be less than 10% of the assignment.   Experience with the following is required; Minimum of 3 years’ experience for Mid-level candidates. Ability to perform as the primary Electrical Engineer on all engineering tasks. Candidate will work closely with Senior Engineers, Senior Technicians and Logisticians to rapidly prototype, modify legacy circuit card designs, drawings and initial designs of various systems. Qualified individuals must possess an understanding of the engineering life cycle as the system progresses. Must be able to create and modify detailed models and drawings using industry standard AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Fusion modeling software. Other electrical and printed circuit board (PCB) design software equivalencies are acceptable. Ability to understand schematics, generate interconnect diagrams and troubleshoot hardware. Basic understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes. Check designs and drawings for form, fit and function as well as clarity, completeness and conformity to drafting standards. Interpret and apply a detailed bill of material (BOM) and design change notice to verify components of a detailed design. Assign and properly record simple part numbers in accordance with DoD standards. Operate computer systems to create and manage task, project and process documentation in accordance with company policy to meet project requirements for data acquisition, task result recording, project status reporting and BOM review. Manage electronic communications, assigned task and project schedules and project and process documentation in accordance with company policy. Provide regular verbal and written reports summarizing project activity, conditions, procedures, results, conclusions and recommendations to project leaders. Applicants selected for this position at a minimum will require an active DoD Secret clearance and background screening. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.   The following experience is highly desired: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is highly desired. Operational experience with military tactical data systems, communication systems and Mine Warfare (MIW) and Mine Countermeasure (MCM) systems is a plus.
