EPS Corporation is currently looking for a Contracts and Estimating Administrator to join our contracts team responsible for the administration of EPS’ government contracts and subcontracts, including the issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders to EPS’ subcontractors. The Administrator will also prepare and organize documents relating to EPS’ bid and proposal activities, especially including preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements. Other contract administration functions include monitoring contract funds, assistance with compliance with Government regulations set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, performing reconciliation, conducting contract closeouts, maintaining database integrity, determining eligibility, and verifying evidence of contractor progress for approval of contract financing, and solving problems relating to assigned contracts.   The successful candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter, a team-player comfortable with receiving requests from multiple colleagues and have strong communication skills and time management skills.  The ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities is essential.  Attention to details with demonstrated organizational skills to assess job demands and complex projects and maintain accurate records of all activities related to contracts and service agreements.   Responsibilities:   Primarily responsible for recordkeeping of all government contract and subcontract files and related information. Responsible for various contract functions such as online reporting to various Government databases and payments of Government required fees. Prepares and disseminates information to appropriate audience regarding contract financial status. Acts as a liaison between the Company divisions, finance team, proposal and production team Acts as liaison between Company and subcontractors, and participates in the resolution of contract disputes Handles inquiries regarding order or payment status and other related contract administration inquiries Keep current in understanding of various government and commercial regulations.
