Apprentice Locksmith / Access Control Technician

Colorado State Safe and Lock (CSS&L) is  a commercial locksmith and security access provider for the commercial building industry.   CSS&L  offers numerous security services to commercial accounts and are constantly looking to add to our quality staff.  CSS&L offers services that range from basic locksmith applications  (key cutting) to large scale card access/electronic access applications for all types of businesses.

Mentoring:
 Key Cutting
 Keying Locksets
 Understanding Key Bitting Lists
 Hardware Installation (Door Closers, Door Panics, Door Locksets)
 Troubleshooting door hardware problems
 Correcting door hardware problems
 Safe Opening/Safe Moving
 Low Voltage Electronic Installations (includes pulling wire, wiring low voltage operators/openers)
 Warehousing
 Associated Locksmiths of America, SAVTA and Lockmasters Education Programs
 
Preferable Experience:
  Ability to work with hand and power tools (read a tape measure)
  Basic computer skills, i.e.: Windows, Microsoft Office
  Mechanically inclined and capable of thinking outside the box
  Willing to be mentored
  Interest in the Construction Industry
