Servpro of Carlsbad is looking for a water damage technician, with growth opportunity with-in the company. We are a local, nationally recognized restoration company that specializes in clean-up of residential and commercial properties following a water, fire, mold, or bio-hazard damage situation. 

We are looking for a Technician who must be willing to learn, have excellent customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, be able to lift at least 75 pounds, mechanically inclined, and able to read and write in English.
The following are requirements for the listed position:
 • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. 
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. 
• Leave job-site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
• Must communicate all customer and job concerns/needs with Crew Chief.
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Must have clean driving record. No extensive tickets. NO DUI's. 
• Must be able to work nights/weekends in rotation (on-call).

Salary is determined by experience and qualifications.
Compensation includes Job by Job Bonuses, commission, 401K, Medical, and Dental. 
*No Felonies.
