Founded in 1945, Guardian Services has been providing professional kitchen exhaust cleaning and HVAC system cleaning services to thousands of hotels, restaurants, clubs, schools, hospitals, and franchises. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and relevant experience. It is essential that the candidate be a self-starter, capable of being effective without constant supervision and able to anticipate and solve problems before being told to do so.

Responsibilities

• Positions open for Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
• Positions open for HVAC System and Duct cleaning (Residential/Commercial/Industrial)
• Climb ladders, work from heights and in small spaces, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules
• Present professional image in conduct, attitude, and appearance
• Safe operation of all tools and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dependability is a must
• Reliable transportation to get to work
• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items; carry ladders; ascent/descent from ladder; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
• Ability to work flexible shifts/adapt to changing work schedules
• Must be able to pass drug test(s) and background check(s) as required by company
• Valid driver’s license
