Duty Description: Represent POMP USA to increase brand awareness, vendor participation, and sales. Brand Ambassadors build relationships with POMP customers (both vendors and consumers) and drive results through communication tools either publicly, such as social media, or privately including emails, messaging and one-to-one channels. Brand ambassadors are the go-to person when questions arise from vendors.
Compensation:
When a Brand Ambassador signs up a vendor they will receive 1% of the vendor’s monthly sales for 6 months. If a Brand Ambassador refers a customer to any vendor then the Brand Ambassador will receive 1% of the sale. A Brand Ambassador should recruit vendors and promote the vendor’s store to maximize earnings. A Brand Ambassador will be paid NLT 10th of the following month. For example, a Brand Ambassador will receive their October’s commission check NLT November 10th.

There is a big difference between a corporation and a start-up. As a start-up we are very fluid and many people will be multi-tasking. That also means we need help organizing and communicating with each other. In the end, your experience is welcome on how POMP does business.
