We are an apartment management company, managing strictly our own properties.  We are looking for someone for approx 30 hours a week(+/-) primarily for lawn care and grounds maintenance.  We have the equipment but we need someone with a truck who can pull a trailer for the lawn tractor.  The individual would also be needed in helping get apartments rent ready, so general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills would also be very helpful.  Painting, drywall, cabinets, etc. are part of the job as well.  We wouldn't want to send anyone home on a rainy day so someone with a variety of skills is preferred. We can also keep someone busy thorugh the winter months.  Starting pay is $12-$14, depending on experience.
