Under the direction of shift supervisor and/or other designated lead personnel the Warehouse Worker/Industrial Athlete unloads containers and trailers manually by hand sorting packages by like item/SKU, and palletizing to proper layering and height (tie/high).
• Pull palletized product from trailers and break down product onto smaller pallets by item/SKU (manually at 500 cases per hour or better).
• Manual pallet jack and electric pallet jack experience preferred with safe operations record / accident free.
• Stretch wrap product to pallet or tape product on the pallets to prevent tipping during transportation and storage. Initial pallets for ownership.
• Unload boxes from shipping containers by hand and load on pallets by like item/SKU in 2 hours or less (fast pace).
• Unload plastic totes from trailers and sort by color while cleaning and drying if needed (1,000 totes an hour).
• Perform frequent arithmetic operations to calculate customer changes, quantity of units per tier or per pallet, and other calculations as required.
• Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of Industrial Athlete in different areas of the operation (cross-training).
• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Maintain work area in clean and hazard free condition at all times.

Job Requirements:
• Read, write and speak English as required by safety standards and job expectations
• Basic math skills, i.e. addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, averaging, etc.
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Must be able to perform duties requiring bending, squatting and crawling.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds each from floor level to heights up to 4 feet.
• Must be able to climb ladders to heights of 7 feet or more.
• Mount and dismount fork trucks in the OSHA approved manner.
