JRC Transportation has been established for over 30 years with 52 offices noationwide.  We primarily run Flatbed trucks that service the continental US specializing in deliveries to the Tristate, NYC, and Long Island areas.  Our Massapequa office is looking for 2 individuals that possess the following qualifications: (Spanish Speaking is a plus)

* Prior trucking industry experience 

* Reliable & trustworthy

* Self-motivated, results driven, sales oriented

* Strong negotiation skills

* Excellent sales and marketing skills

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to generate new business

* Detail oriented, able to multi-task under pressure

* Computer literate

* Solid problem-analysis skills and logical thinker

* Must have a Federal Tax ID #

You will be paying your own taxes (you will be given a 1099 at the end of the year)

You will be expected to :

* Find loads

* Designate & dispatch loads

* Hire drivers

* Bring in new accounts and business

Please know that you will begin on a salary base then work your way up to a commission based salary. Salary potential is based on you and your abilities. Hours are from 7:30 to 4:30, one hour for lunch, Monday through Friday.
