Summary of Position:
A Crew Member is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, and processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently. A Crew member is required to be a bright, sincere, engaging, and energetic individual with a passion for exceptional customer service above and beyond that of other restaurants. The Crew member must also possess the ability to maintain order, and provide high quality food quickly.
Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of high volume restaurant experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and process payment transactions
• Ability to use knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
• Ability to process information through POS system
