At Rentokil, you'll work in a customer service and sales environment. A lot of pest control companies say that they do IPM. Your job is to ​actually provide GREAT IPM (Integrated Pest Management) service to all of our customers. We are looking for people who are passionate about taking ownership of their customers' issues and providing solutions to pest proof their homes.

The Job Responsibilities:
● Sell inspections scheduled by the office to residential and commercial customers.
● Generate leads through cold calling, door knocking, referrals and networking.
● Assists in identifying customer's needs, recommends additional services and prepares and presents proposals to customers
● Provides excellent customer service to customers
● Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions
● Stays updated on the latest developments, trends and regulations in the pest control industry
● Services initials (new accts), & maintains ongoing maintenances services to existing customers
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements:
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Customer service experience preferred
● Excellent communication skills
● Current valid driver's' license, good driving history
● Punctual
● Able to work with minimum supervision
● Exceptional problem solving skills
