Holbrook Heating Inc., a multi state company and a leader in the HVAC industry , has an immediate opening for an Appointment Generator in its Mount Pleasant location. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers face-to-face to determine their heating & cooling needs and setting appointments for those customers who are interested in any services. This position is located in area home improvement store locations and would require periods of standing and proactively approaching customers as they near the HVAC display.

Qualified candidates must:
· Possess exceptional communication
· Be energetic and professional
· Be comfortable with initiating conversation with customers
· Be able to quickly build a rapport with customers
Preferred Job requirements:
· Able to work a flexible schedule
· Have reliable transportation
· 6 months+ of previous customer experience, preferably in a customer facing position
· Previous lead generation, up-selling, or sales experience preferred but not required
