Multi-location practice looking for an optometric technician for our Reston location. Helpful if candidate has knowledge of basic ophthalmic medical terminology, ability to complete patient work up including but not limited to auto-refraction, NCT, FDT, Optos, Zeiss OCT, Humphrey Visual Fields, and obtain patient medical history and visual acuity. Knowledge of contact lenses and conducting insertion and removal classes for patients. Computer skills a must and familiarity with EMR is helpful.
